Lately, I’ve been pondering experiences that AI cannot experience. Out of this pondering comes the following human poem about my actual human experience, written by me, a human.

Intolerance

I’ve got a Lactase in my pocket
and dairy on my mind.

I want noodles soft with water
with a heavy cream bind.

I want ice cream. Flowing cheeses.
Yogurt. Milky flakes of corn.

I want to taste the beverage
preferred by cow newborns.

I’ve got a Lactase in my pocket.
In fact, I have four.
Dairy’s on the docket
‘till I can eat no more.
